Clear Payment Arrangements for International Business
At RFIDock, we aim to establish transparent, secure, and mutually beneficial commercial relationships with our customers.
We provide flexible payment arrangements depending on the customer’s location, order requirements, transaction value, and established business relationship.
The applicable payment method and commercial terms will be confirmed in the official quotation and Proforma Invoice (PI).
1. Available Payment Methods
Depending on the destination country and transaction requirements, available payment methods may include:
T/T – International Bank Transfer
International bank transfer is our primary payment method for overseas B2B transactions.
Customers can arrange payment directly through their banking institutions using the beneficiary and bank details stated in the Proforma Invoice.
PayPal
Available for eligible transactions and supported countries, subject to payment acceptance and applicable transaction fees.
Escrow Services
Available where a mutually agreed and supported escrow arrangement can be established.
Western Union
May be considered for eligible transactions, subject to mutual agreement and service availability.
Please contact our sales team to confirm the available payment methods before placing an order.
2. Payment Arrangements for Customers in India
Due to current payment gateway limitations, direct online payment from India is not available through our website.
However, Indian customers can still purchase products from RFIDock through our manual quotation and bank transfer process.
The procedure is simple:
- Select your required products on our website.
- Submit your inquiry or contact our sales team by email or WhatsApp.
- Receive a formal quotation with product specifications, pricing, and shipping details.
- Confirm the quotation and receive a Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Arrange payment through international bank transfer (T/T) using the verified bank details provided in the PI.
- Share the payment confirmation with our sales team for verification.
After the agreed payment is received and verified, we will proceed with the corresponding production or order fulfillment arrangements.
Important: International remittance requirements may vary between Indian banks and financial institutions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their remittance complies with applicable banking and foreign exchange regulations in India.
3. Standard Payment Terms
Our standard commercial payment terms are subject to the specific agreement between both parties.
The following arrangements may apply:
- Advance Payment: Payment must be received before production or order fulfillment begins, where advance payment is agreed.
- Deposit & Balance: A deposit and balance payment arrangement may be agreed for certain orders.
- Net 30 Days: A 30-day credit term may be available to approved customers, subject to credit assessment and written agreement.
For customers without an approved credit arrangement, production will not commence until the agreed advance payment has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed within the period specified in the Proforma Invoice or commercial invoice.
4. Quotation & Pricing
All quotations are subject to the following conditions:
- Prices are based on the specifications and quantities stated in the quotation.
- Prices may vary according to material costs, order quantities, customization requirements, and market conditions.
- Shipping costs, insurance, duties, and taxes will be specified separately where applicable.
- Any changes to product specifications or order quantities may require a revised quotation.
- Quotation validity will be stated in the quotation document.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the commercial details have been accepted and the order has been formally confirmed.
5. Bank Transfer Instructions
For T/T payments, customers will receive the beneficiary information and bank account details through the official Proforma Invoice or other verified payment instructions.
For transaction security:
- Please verify beneficiary details before arranging payment.
- If you receive any notification of changes to our bank account information, verify the change directly with our authorized sales representative through a previously established communication channel.
- Do not transfer funds to an unverified personal or third-party bank account.
- Any bank transfer charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
An order will be considered paid only after the funds have been received and verified.
6. Order Confirmation & Payment Responsibility
The customer’s order will be processed according to the specifications, quantities, prices, and commercial terms confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
Any modifications requested after order confirmation must be reviewed and accepted by both parties.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment amount, currency, beneficiary information, and transaction reference are correct.
Production and delivery arrangements will be scheduled according to the confirmed order and agreed payment conditions.
7. Taxes, Duties & Banking Charges
Unless expressly included in the agreed quotation or delivery terms:
- Import duties and destination-country taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Bank transfer and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Additional costs arising from special customs requirements or destination-country regulations may be charged separately, subject to agreement.
For DDP shipments, the applicable import duties and taxes will be handled according to the agreed delivery arrangement and confirmed quotation.
