At RFIDock, we coordinate manufacturing and international delivery through an established network of manufacturing partners and logistics service providers across China.

Our supply chain covers multiple industrial regions, enabling us to coordinate product sourcing, manufacturing, quality inspection, and international shipment according to customer requirements.

From smart card materials and RFID components to customized products, we focus on providing flexible manufacturing arrangements and reliable international delivery solutions.

1. Manufacturing & Shipping Locations

Manufacturing Network in China

RFIDock has own facilities and coordinates manufacturing through a network of manufacturing partners located in China’s major industrial regions.

Our primary manufacturing regions include:

Zhejiang Province
Jiangsu Province
Anhui Province

Depending on product categories, technical specifications, production capacity, and order requirements, manufacturing may be arranged at our designated partner facilities.

This flexible manufacturing network allows us to coordinate different product categories and production processes while maintaining consistent order specifications and quality requirements.

Shipping Locations

Shanghai, China, serves as one of our primary shipment coordination locations.

Depending on the manufacturing facility, product category, order quantity, and logistics arrangements, shipments may also be dispatched from other suitable locations in China.

The actual manufacturing facility and shipment location will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.

2. Available Shipping Methods

We offer different international transportation solutions to meet customers’ delivery requirements.

International Express Courier

Suitable for samples, small orders, and urgent shipments.

Express courier services may be arranged through internationally available logistics providers, subject to destination coverage and service availability.

Air Freight

Suitable for medium-sized shipments requiring a balance between transportation time and logistics costs.

Sea Freight

Suitable for larger commercial orders and bulk shipments where transportation cost efficiency is a priority.

3. International Trade Terms

We support international trade arrangements based on mutually agreed Incoterms® rules.

The applicable delivery terms will be confirmed in the quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI).

FOB – Free On Board

Under FOB terms, the seller delivers the goods on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the agreed port of shipment.

The buyer arranges and pays for the main ocean transportation and applicable insurance unless otherwise agreed.

FOB is generally suitable for sea and inland waterway transportation.

CIF – Cost, Insurance and Freight

Under CIF terms, the seller arranges and pays for the cost, insurance, and freight to the agreed destination port.

Risk transfers from the seller to the buyer when the goods are loaded on board the vessel at the port of shipment.

CIF is generally suitable for sea and inland waterway transportation.

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid

DDP delivery arrangements may be available for selected international destinations, subject to destination-country regulations, customs requirements, tax obligations, and logistics service availability.

The availability, delivery costs, import duties, taxes, and other applicable charges will be evaluated individually according to the destination and shipment requirements.

Please contact our sales team to confirm DDP availability before placing an order.

The applicable delivery terms, named destination, and Incoterms® version will be specified in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

4. Production Lead Time

Production lead time depends on several factors, including:

Product type and technical specifications
Order quantity
Material availability
Customization requirements
Manufacturing capacity and production schedule

Standard products may require shorter processing times, while customized products may require additional production and preparation time.

The estimated production schedule will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Any significant changes affecting the production schedule will be communicated to the customer.

5. Order Processing & Shipment Arrangement

Our general order fulfillment process includes:

Order confirmation and product specification verification.
Payment verification according to the agreed commercial terms.
Production scheduling and manufacturing coordination.
Quality inspection and packaging.
Shipment booking and export documentation preparation.
Dispatch and shipment information provided to the customer.

For applicable shipments, we can coordinate standard export documents, including:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, where applicable
Other agreed shipping and export documents

Additional certificates, inspection reports, or destination-specific documentation should be discussed and confirmed before order placement.

6. Packaging & Product Protection

Products are packed according to their characteristics, transportation requirements, and customer specifications.

Depending on the product type, packaging may include:

Standard protective packaging
Moisture-resistant packaging where appropriate
Cartons and pallets for bulk shipments
Customized packaging according to agreed requirements

Special packaging requirements should be confirmed before production or shipment.

7. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs depend on several factors, including:

Destination country and delivery address
Shipment weight and dimensions
Transportation method
Customs and handling requirements
Applicable Incoterms® delivery terms

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided in the quotation or confirmed order documents where applicable.

Actual delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other destination charges will be handled according to the agreed delivery terms.

For EXW, FOB, and CIF transactions, the buyer is responsible for the applicable import clearance obligations and destination-country charges.

For DDP transactions, the seller’s responsibilities will be determined according to the agreed DDP terms and applicable Incoterms® rules.

8. Shipment Tracking & Customer Support

Once the shipment has been dispatched, we will provide available shipping information, such as:

Courier tracking number
Air Waybill (AWB) number
Bill of Lading (B/L) information, where applicable
Estimated arrival information

Customers can contact our sales team for shipment updates or assistance with delivery-related inquiries.

9. Delivery & Receipt of Goods

Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee information, delivery addresses, and contact details.

Upon receipt of the goods, customers are encouraged to inspect the external packaging and product quantities.

Any visible transportation damage, shortage, or delivery discrepancy should be documented and reported to our sales team as soon as reasonably possible, together with relevant photographs and shipping information.
